The short, honest version.

Dosely is owned and operated by Tiny Software, LLC ("Dosely", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms cover the Dosely app, your Dosely Account, the Account website, and getdosely.app. By downloading, accessing, or using Dosely, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Dosely.

Dosely is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults 18 years of age or older. By using Dosely, you represent that you are at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws.

Account sign-in uses email or Sign in with Apple through our identity provider, Logto. Keep your recovery email accessible and your Sessions secure. An Apple login is not an App Store purchase. Supported Account records are stored in Dosely-hosted Postgres; the iPhone app keeps an offline replica and synchronizes supported changes when connected. The Account website requires an internet connection and does not offer offline editing. Features and record coverage can differ by platform and app version.

Your Account can store Protocols, Doses, custom compounds and Blends, Inventory including recorded vial volume and draw-device details, Health measurements, journal notes and side effects, Intelligence history, and reminder settings. Onboarding interests do not automatically become cloud records.

Apple Health device permission, HealthKit cloud category grants, and Intelligence consent are separate choices described in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms does not enable those optional uploads or AI processing, and does not authorize advertising, aggregate health commercialization, or individualized dosing.

Dosely is an informational, tracking, and organizational tool only. Nothing in the app or on this site (no feature, calculation, estimate, chart, reminder, alert, or report) constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing instruction, or professional healthcare guidance of any kind.

Dosely does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It does not recommend substances, dosages, schedules, or injection techniques. It does not sell, prescribe, or promote the purchase of any medication or peptide, and it does not verify the safety, legality, authenticity, or source of anything you log.

Use of Dosely does not create a physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, or any other professional relationship between you and us. Dosely is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA.

Dosely is not designed for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

Dosely Intelligence v1 is Protocol Review only: educational information and review of logged-protocol inconsistencies, never individualized dosing. AI can be wrong and is not a substitute for a clinician. Optional requests are processed by Anthropic; Account conversations and responses are stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reminders are a convenience, not a safety system. Reminder delivery is through the iPhone app with notification permission; the web does not send Web Push or background notifications. Account reminder settings are not device permission or guaranteed delivery. Notifications can fail or be delayed, and more than one authorized iPhone may notify. You remain responsible for taking medications as prescribed.

You are solely responsible for: any substances you choose to use, possess, or track; the accuracy of the data you enter; how you interpret or act on anything displayed in the app; compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction; maintaining the security of your device; and consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decision.

You own the data you enter. Dosely shows your entries back to you as you logged them; it does not verify medication names, doses, or anything else you record. Keep your log accurate and retain copies of important records. iPhone exports are JSON, CSV, or PDF; web export is JSON for supported live Account records, read in pages rather than a single immutable snapshot, and currently excludes Intelligence transcripts. Export is not a complete backup or restore. User-facing file and Protocol-link or paste import, including re-import of an export, is not supported.

Never start, stop, or change a medication, dose, or schedule based on anything in Dosely. Always follow the guidance of your doctor, clinician, or pharmacist.

Dosely offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Website prices are $12.99 per month or $79.99 per year; the website annual list price is $149.99. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. App Store prices may differ and are shown by Apple before purchase. Purchases are billed immediately, with no free trial. Subscriptions renew at the displayed price and cadence until canceled, subject to any price-change notice required by law or the billing service.

Website subscriptions are purchased through Stripe and managed from your Dosely Account. App Store subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or the billing service's rules.

Current access from either purchase source applies to supported Dosely platforms on the same Account. If you have both subscriptions, they remain separate: buying, restoring, or canceling one does not cancel the other. Manage or restore through the service where you purchased, and check both services to avoid unwanted renewals.

Complimentary Access, if granted, is a one-time, expiring administrative exception on an existing Account, not a subscription, public free plan, or trial. It can expire or be revoked and does not cancel a paid subscription. Access continues only while at least one valid purchase or complimentary grant permits use.

You can request Account deletion in Account settings after verifying your recovery email. This revokes all Sessions and blocks private Account access and synchronization immediately. The requesting iPhone clears Account-owned data; another device clears its copy when it next learns of deletion from Dosely, not while it remains offline. Ordinary sign-in is not recovery. Within seven days you can verify your email and explicitly choose Keep my Account; after that window the cloud deletion process purges working Account records.

Deletion markers, purchase and payment records, and backup copies may remain as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion does not change Apple Health or automatically erase records held independently by identity, payment, or AI providers. Export any records you need before requesting deletion; export requires access and is not guaranteed after access ends.

Uninstalling removes local app data, not your cloud Account. Signing out, uninstalling, deleting entries, and deleting your Account are not subscription cancellation or a refund request. Cancel App Store renewal through Apple and website renewal through website billing before deleting your Account. Contact support if you cannot access website billing.

Dosely uses Logto for identity, Apple for Sign in with Apple, app distribution and App Store purchases, Stripe for website payments, and Anthropic for optional Dosely Intelligence requests. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. You are responsible for any internet, data, device, and Account requirements needed to use Dosely.

Use Dosely only for personal, lawful medication tracking. Do not reverse engineer the app, resell it, scrape this site, or use either to build a competing dataset.

Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and all other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. Dosely is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any pharmaceutical company.

Dosely is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Software, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including missed doses, health outcomes, or lost data) arising from your use of Dosely. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the app.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Dosely that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be held in the State of Montana, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update the app, these terms, or discontinue the service. If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date and provide any notice required by law. Continuing use is subject to the updated terms; it does not grant a new optional data-processing purpose. You can stop using Dosely at any time. Export records while you still have access, cancel unwanted renewals through the purchase service, and request Account deletion separately if desired.
